Just weeks after implementing SmashTech’s software, Assistansbolaget experienced higher customer satisfaction, increased customer retention and an increased capacity for assignments per driver. Within months, the effect was undeniable. With increased capacity per driver, revenues skyrocketed. As a bonus, climate emissions per assignments decreased.
